As an Academic Scholar and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a large amount of his background in athletic performance, injury prevention, and lower back pain, Remi, who has successfully completed his B.H.K. with a minor in psychology and is currently undergoing his Masters of Human Kinetics, has two primary goals:

  1. The first is to help his clients improve their athletic performance, which usually means improving athletes’ speed, strength, and power (although specifics vary according to athlete and sport).
  2. The second primary goal is to reduce athletic injuries. To that end, Remi is known as a strength & conditioning coach who designs regimens to strengthen clients’ body parts that are prone to injury in a particular sport.

With a lot of experience under his belt coming from working with high performance athletes, and lower back pain injuries, Remi loves helping individuals, more specifically athletes, achieve high performance levels, prevent injuries and live a successful life. He’s been a coach/trainer since age 18, and after four years, he today is becoming regarded as one of Canada’s premier strength and conditioning coaches.

To date, Remi has already helped a large following of professional athletes ranging from the NHL to the NBA come up to speed with their performance. Besides, he has spent a considerable amount of time working with the Toronto Raptors this season, and is definitely a contributor to the team’s success. He has preciously worked with the Windsor Spitfires as an Assistant Strength coach, and currently trains a variety of athletes ranging from the NBA, NHL, D-League, AHL, and OHL athletes.
