Webinar: Denise King’s Story of Lower Back Pain | Client Assessment and Coaching

I’m excited to share with all of you today an exciting new webinar that I put together about a coaching client’s success story of overcoming lower back pain. In this webinar, I show you the step by step approach that I took with Denise to help her overcome her low back issues and return to running, cycling and strength training. Denise had initially reached out to me at the end of January and explained her low back situation. Denise was dealing with a disc bulge at the L4-L5 level causing sciatica and pain with sitting, as well as bending over. To accompany this, at the age of 10,  Denise had a previous major surgery done to correct some scoliosis that was present.

Based off this initial information that Denise presented me with, I knew that this was going to be a bit of a challenging task since Denise was dealing with multiple problems (disc bulge, scoliosis). In the webinar below, I outline these problems in more detail, as well as the assessment, program strategy and exercise program that I put together to help Denise overcome these low back issues in about a month’s time.
