Flat Lumbar Spines Don’t Love Compression – Eric Cressey

While this is simply a ‘tweet’ from Eric Cressey… I thought this was too good not to share and it was one of the best things I’ve read in the past week. Anytime one deviates out of a neutral spine or has more of a flat back posture; they are putting themselves at a higher risk of injury, especially if they repeatedly load themselves up heavy as in the case of a squat like Eric mentioned. Something a lot of people need to consider when determining their weightlifting goals.

Dr. Stuart McGillย – Strength Chat #40

Anytime Stuart McGill is interviewed or asked about his thoughts on back pain or training. It’s absolute gold. Side note: Really like Dr. McGill and Chris Duffin’s chat about the reverse hyper machine.

What would Dr. Stuart McGill tell a back pain patient? – Sebastian Gonzales

And yet another podcast of McGill. The more you listen to the guy.. the smarter you will become. I promise ๐Ÿ˜‰
